Penang (Edison)
A laid-back, Asian-countryside atmosphere featuring wood and bamboo accents in a well-lit
space makes this a great place for casual business dining and large groups. The unhurried staff
is knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing your menu. Malaysian dishes, served
family-style, showcase traditional cuisine, such as Popia, steamed spring rolls with jicama and
bean sprouts served with a perky sweet and sour sauce, and Kari Ayam, fall-off-the-bone pieces
of chicken with buttery potatoes in red curry. For dessert, Pulut Hitam, black sticky rice swirled with
coconut milk, is soul satisfying.
