Malaysia Kitchen for the World took part in the celebration of Asian cuisine at the 2011 LuckyRice Grandfeast – joining an acclaimed line-up of master chefs from Asia as well as those from the LUCKYRICE culinary council. At the event, which took place Friday, May 6 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York, Chef Hasni Ghazali of Bentara served-up a traditional beef rending – and Chef Todd English shared the popular Assam Laksa.
