Directions
1) Sieve flour.2) Mix all ingredients, except the oil, to get a smooth batter.
3) Strain batter.
4) Heat pan and lightly grease with oil.
5) Pour batter into roti jala dispenser with funnels.
6) Move in circular motions to get a lacy pattern.
7) After the pancake is set, fold into a triangular shape.
8) Serve with boneless chicken curry.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups fresh milk
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Oil for pan
