Satay Malaysian Cuisine
Hoboken is to New Jersey what Brooklyn is to Manhattan: gentrified, youthful, hip, lots of great
shopping and even better eating. Satay Malaysian is one of those places to drop into when you’re
out for an evening stroll or even better for Sunday brunch. Pull up a chair at one of their outdoor
tables and order up a few of the house favorites. Start with The Malaysian Bubble Milk Tea (it
will be the best you’ve ever had) and the lightly battered and succulent fried shrimp dumpling.
Complete your meal with the richly flavored curry spareribs, then return the next day and do it all
over again.
